L140 Circus Train

I grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with the circus parade going down Grand Avenue/Wisconsin Avenue every summer. The parade came on the circus train, and chasing that train and taking pictures was always great fun.

When my children were small, I heard that the circus train was coming back. We packed up our family and my cameras and followed the train as it traveled along, trying to get as many photographs of it as I could.

I love the old historic cars with their bright paint and I think this image evokes times gone by.
