L149 St. Louis Arch

Gateway to the West, this imposing and awe-inspiring arch has always drawn my attention. I found this park across the mighty Mississippi and climbed a structure till I found the perfect place to make a lenticular. I returned that same evening to take the second shot. The moon was an added bonus.

Much bigger when you see it from the ground (or ride inside it), this arch says St. Louis to anyone who sees it.
